1. Schedule
- Check-in : from 4:00pm
- Check-out : before 11:00am
- Max guests : 2 guests
2. Property Access
- Access mode : Lockbox (details to follow in email 1 day before your arrival)
3. House Rules
- The cleaners will arrive at 11am on your check-out day. Late check-out is available upon advance request, subject to availability.
- No smoking/vaping of any kind in the house or on the balcony. This is a smoke-free home and complex.
- No pets allowed.
- No parties whatsoever. This is a quiet, residential complex.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Please refrain from any loud noises between these hours, especially in outdoor areas. For my wonderful neighbours, please keep noise levels to a reasonable level at all times.
- Only guests registered in the booking are allowed. Kindly let me know if you'd like to add an additional guest to your rental agreement.
- Please lock the front door whenever you leave the house.
- Please notify me of any damage or malfunction immediately, to minimize impact to your stay.
